Terms & Conditions

If you don't have your own artwork, we can design your personalised artwork in-house. Email your images & ideas to artwork@stubbyworld.com.au or complete our order form through our website. You can upload your own photo through the website & select your required colours using our colour chart & fonts.

We design your artwork as per your requirements, & return you a proof by email, one proof panel is free upon your request. A small $30 set up & artwork fee applies to all artwork jobs. After you have received your artwork, one design change is included, an additional $10 charge will occur for each design change after that.

Exact colours can not be guaranteed in the stubby holder manufacturing process. Colours will slightly differ from the screen proof to the physical product. We advise a proof stubby panel prior to commencing your order.

One (1) proof panel is given free of charge per stubby holder job when requested. Additional proof panels are available at an additional $10ea. If you require a panel posted to you, a $5 postage fee will occur. We advise requesting a sample panel prior to approving your order as colours can differ from the screen proof to the physical product.

Stubbyworld accepts bank transfer, credit card, cash on delivery or cheque.

Bank Transfer - Full payment required prior to pickup/dispatch of your order.

Credit Card - Credit card facilities available over the phone or on pick up.

Pickup - Pickup available from 21 Discovery Dr, Bibra Lake 6163 WA

Delivery - Delivery option available on request, Australia Post will be added accordingly to your order. Payment is required prior to dispatch when delivery option is picked.

From artwork approval all jobs will be complete within 14 days. Rush jobs are available on request, a $20 rush job fee will occur.

We require approval by email from you to commence your job. Once order is complete we will notify you by email or phone to arrange pick up or delivery.
